Anger can be your friend or foe; it all depends on how you express it. Anger Management is a five week program for parents/adults/caregivers. During the two-hour program sessions, the following topics will be discussed:
- What is anger?
- What are the causes of anger?
- Body reactions and emotions
- Following the steps to keep anger under control
- Practice being assertive
- Healthy ways to deal with anger
- Taking care of ourselves
