Emotional Coping: Exploring our Wise Mind
Emotions are something we are all born with and we all share. There are times in our lives when strong emotions may take us in the opposite direction of where we would like to go. In this four week program, we will look at ways to recognize, think about, and act on these emotions in a way that helps us continue on in life while being more accepting of ourselves and the other people we care about.
